Developer reserves the right to change pricing schedule at any time without notice. Design and construction costs to build out each loft are the responsibility of buyer. Unit square footage may be different from the square footage shown on the Unit Diagram, specifications or advertising brochures, which are based on good faith estimates. Unit square footage will be measured from the outside of exterior walls and from the middle of common walls. If square footage of the Unit, or any common element, is of material consideration, Purchaser acknowledges that Purchaser has not relied upon any representation of Developer or its agents, and has made or will make an independent measurement of the Unit and common element areas.
